30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund — your choice.
How to Start a Return Reach out to us at support@humidly.store before sending anything back. We'll confirm your return, send you instructions, and process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
Condition of Returned Items Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to decline refunds on items that show clear signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right immediately — replacement or full refund, no return required in most cases.
Repeat Returns To keep our guarantee fair for all customers, we reserve the right to limit refunds for accounts with an unusually high return frequency.
Return Shipping For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we'll cover it.
